My main focus is on promoting longevity and enhancing performance. I am passionate about educating and advocating for the importance of circadian rhythm, hormone regulation, red light therapy, blue light blocking glasses, cold plunges, mineral-rich spring water, and an organic lifestyle.
To me, performance entails ensuring that the body operates at its peak efficiency, effectively carrying out all required tasks. By prioritizing the interconnectedness of the body's systems, I train individuals to work in harmony rather than isolating specific parts. This holistic approach aims to improve posture, alleviate pain and inflammation, and strengthen the body as a unified system.

As a personal Trainer for 10+ years, I’ve witnessed the fitness industry grow and change from the conventional “Arnold” style bodybuilding to the high-intensity world of CrossFit. Throughout each step along the way I saw an increasing need for a branch of fitness that focuses on the total well-being of the individual. I began compiling various modalities and techniques that I found to be effective for helping people reach their goals while maintaining their health.
Eventually this led me to realize that “Health” and “Performance” are inextricably linked, and by improving our bodies natural mechanisms, we are able to achieve our highest level of performance.

Hi, I’m Odin!
I’m a black and tan hound–golden retriever mix (though everyone seems to think I’m a lab…and honestly, I’m cool with that—as long as I get the pets). I’m big, bubbly, and I love everyone with hands, because hands are for petting, and that’s my favorite thing in the world.
I take my job very seriously—building relationships, greeting guests, and making sure everyone feels welcome. If you see me lounging around, don’t worry—I’ve already finished my work for the day. After all, being this good of a boy is a full-time job.
Because of my natural ability to connect with people and spread good vibes, I’ve been officially promoted to Head of Public Relations and Head of HR here at the gym. Stop by, say hi, and don’t forget to give me a scratch—I promise to make your day a little brighter!
